Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Val d’Arly valley when you stay at Chalet Touva.
With several comfortable seating areas as well as a sauna and Nordic bath, this modern home is just 500m from the village and 300m from the slopes.
There's plenty going on in the charming village of Crest-Voland, which nevertheless has preserved its mountain character. Chalet Touva is close to the resort's shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the Logère chairlift, which gives you access to the 200km of Espace Diamant pistes, suitable for skiers of all abilities.
The village has a small supermarket and a delicatessen specialising in local produce. Other shops can be found in the neighbouring villages of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and Les Saisies, which are easily accessible by the free shuttle bus.
Outside the ski season, several hiking trails start from the village. You can also take the chairlift to the summit of Mont Lachat and enjoy a picnic with a wonderful view of Mont Blanc.
About the property…
This luxury chalet for up to 13 guests (max 12 adults), combines comfort and top-of-the-range facilities over three floors. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
There are stairs to the main entrance at the side of the property, leading into a storage area and WC. There’s also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.
The main living area is bathed in light thanks to the doors and double-height windows. There’s a comfortable seating area with two large corner sofas around the fireplace and TV, a dining table for 12 people, and an open, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Doors open onto two spacious terraces: one with another dining table and outdoor seating area, and the other with a Nordic bath, where you can relax while you enjoy the views and the Alpine air.
You will find a great family room on the lower floor, with a double bed, three single bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. There’s also a separate WC and another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
This floor also has a ski room with heated boot dryer, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a sauna with a changing room. Finally, there is a great relaxation room with table football and a kitchenette, as well as a separate TV room. It’s a great space for older children to play, relax and make their own snacks!
On the top floor, two of the three double bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room with WC. The third one has access to a balcony, as well as a large bathroom with a double washbasin. These rooms are linked by a corridor that overlooks the ground-floor dining room and incorporates a workspace, ideal for those who wish to combine a stay in the mountains with remote working.
Chalet Touva has two double garages, one of which is equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles.
About the area…
Crest-Voland is a traditional village in the Espace Diamant ski area in the Val d'Arly. It is likely to appeal to guests looking for an authentic experience, away from the impersonal buildings and apart-hotels of larger resorts. It has been awarded the Famille Plus label for its programme of activities and facilities dedicated to children.
The area offers excellent pistes for skiers of all abilities, from beginners to the most experienced. There are two snowparks for boarders (including Opoualand, for 6-12 year-olds), 120km of ski touring trails for cross-country skiers, and the renowned Les Saisies Nordic area.
Outside the ski season, you can enjoy hiking or mountain biking thanks to a wide network of trails, as well as many other activities such as paragliding, fishing and climbing.
Crest-Voland is just 15km from Megève, 8km from the Col des Saisies, and about 25km from Albertville and Sallanches, so you'll have a choice of beautiful places to explore.

The main living area on the ground floor is bathed in natural light thanks to its high windows. It offers a cosy lounge with two large corner sofas, a fireplace and a television, as well as a dining table for 12 people.
The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and everything you need to cater for a large group.
There are two large terraces, one with a second dining table and outdoor seating area, and the other with a Nordic bath at the rear of the property.
On the lower floor, a leisure and relaxation area includes a large sofa, table football and a kitchenette, as well as a separate TV room. The chalet also has a sauna, where you can enjoy a well-deserved moment of pampering after your day's activities.
The bedrooms are spread over three levels. On the ground floor, the first double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet.
The lower floor has a family room with a double bed, three single bunk beds and an en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with its own shower room. Finally, on the upper floor, each of the three double bedrooms has its own shower and toilet.
One of these bedrooms boasts a luxurious bathroom with bath and double washbasin, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. There are also separate WCs on the ground and garden floors.
The ski room has a heated boot dryer, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and two separate double garages, one of which has a charging point for electric vehicles.
Please note that Chalet Touva's numerous staircases make access difficult for guests with reduced mobility.

Built in 2024, Chalet Touva offers comfortable accommodation all year round, with large living and relaxation areas including a sauna and Nordic bath, as well as spacious, luxurious bedrooms.
Set off on skis or snowshoes in the Espace Diamant, or take a hike or a bike ride with a 360° view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
It's a haven of peace offering a host of possibilities both for sports enthusiasts and those who just want to kick back and relax.
